Children & Adolescents Program

SandyPines Residential Treatment Center is a behavioral health facility specifically serving children and adolescents from ages 5–17. Specializing in youth patients allows us to provide a comprehensive set of unique services to children, adolescents and their families.

Children’s Programs

Our Sea Turtle Children’s Unit is one of the only child-specific units of its kind in the state of Florida. It offers behavioral health treatment for male and female children ages 5–12 in a safe and secure therapeutic environment. This unit boasts a vibrant, colorful, and playful atmosphere. It has its own private outdoor play area for supervised outdoor playtime and a bright indoor playroom utilized daily for games, therapeutic exercises, movie time, and reinforcement and recreation activities.
